Booking Policies

We require a credit card and a full deposit at the time of booking with us. State and local occupancy taxes will be added to all room rates. Room rates are based on double occupancy.  We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX), checks in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, and wire transfers for international reservations.

By booking a reservation, through any source, you thereby indicate that you agree to release and hold harmless Kingsland Operation Company, LLC dba The Antlers Inn, its owners, and other guests from any & all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from being on The Antlers property.

Cancellations

Single Room Reservations (Non-Special Event)
You may cancel your reservation until 3:00 PM CST fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, less $25 processing fee. You will receive a 50% refund for cancellations made between 48 hours and fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.  We will charge you for your entire stay if you must cancel less than 48 hours prior to arrival.

Single Room Reservations (Special Event)
You may cancel your reservation until 3:00 PM CST 90 days prior to arrival, less $25 processing fee. You will receive a 50% refund for cancellations made between 90 days and 60 days prior to arrival. We will charge you for your entire stay if you must cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival.

If you modify your reservation, please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

We reserve the right to cancel any stays and such return full deposits.
