Rates
are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are charges $25 per person per
night.
Day guests must register at the hotel lobby and are charged $25 per person.
All rooms are non-smoking and pets are not permitted on the hotel grounds.
Smoking in rooms or damage to property can result in a cleaning and/or
replacement fee.
*Cabooses set rate - for single occupancy and up to two adults and two children - $160.
*$25.00 rental on boat lifts.

Small kitchen: Under-counter refrigerator, stovetop, microwave,

The Antlers is a smoke-free resort. No smoking is allowed in any of the
accommodations. We do not permit the burning of candles in any of our rooms nor
any open outdoor fires.
No pets please. The Antlers is home to all kinds of wildlife. One may find rabbits,
squirrels, raccoons, opossums, as well as many birds - both native and
migratory.
*Housekeeping: Full service housekeeping is provided to guests
staying in the main hotel building. Cabin and train car housekeeping is limited
to the change-out of towels, replenishment of toiletries and removal of trash.
Deposits: 50% of each night's stay required with reservation; balance due upon arrival.
Refunds for cancellations will require a $25.00 processing fee from
your deposit. Cancellation the day of your arrival will
result in loss of your deposit.
Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. Call if arriving after 9:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
